This report style is extremely useful to show an top-level summary of business or call centre performance, which in certain environments may be displayed on large screens in the office in order to show key call handing metrics to phone users, team leaders, and managers. 



Almost all numeric statistics can be configured within the report to be presented graphically using the "Display As" option within the Fields tab of the Report Properties window.



The Wallboard is only available for Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000 configurations. 

The 1000 Desktop Wallboard displays real-time call statistics in large individual tiles, where each statistic can have a specifically configured alarm. 


The 2000 Wallboard offers all the functionality of the 1000 Desktop Wallboard, plus support for the ACD specific call statistics such as “Busy”, “Not-Available”, “Wrap Up”, “Sign-In” etc. In order to monitor these ACD statistics, a monthly rental fee must be paid for each ACD agent license. 


The 3000 Desktop Wallboard includes all the functionality mentioned above, plus access to the Omnichannel features as well.  All the accurate analytics and flexible reporting that we offer for calls are now available for emails and LiveChat instant messages as well.
