Note that on Akixi 3000 configurations, this report can also be enabled to display email and LiveChat contact item statistics, assuming the correct Omnichannel integrations have been configured by the administrative user. This works much the same way as with calls and will show statistical information for emails and LiveChat items against any given hour + day interval.
This report style displays a list of every ½ hour interval that exists within the starting & ending duration that the corresponding report is run against.
When the report is being run across multiple days, an individual ½ hour interval is shown for each separate day in order to only represent calls occurring within that interval on a corresponding day. Call statistics are displayed against each item.
This report style is useful for comparing call traffic occurring in ½ hour periods across completely different days.
