Before placing an Akixi order, ensure that the Horizon telephony platform has been configured correctly. Failure to do so may result in complications during the provisioning process.


To place an Akixi order for your customer, you will need to complete the Horizon Site Order Form located on the Akixi Partner Portal - https://partners.akixi.com. Please log in to the portal (registration is required) and navigate to the "Forms" folder, and locate the "Akixi Horizon Site Order Form".


Part of the ordering process includes creating an Akixi integration account on the Horizon portal for your customer's site. This account is used by the Akixi service to integrate with Horizon and download call statistics. NB: Once this account has been created it should never be modified, otherwise the Akixi Service will be disconnected from the Horizon platform.
