The Fields tab allows you to configure which specific statistic and/or property columns are displayed within the report. Note that this tab is not displayed for the "External Content (Via URL)" report style type.
Fields List (Centre)
The Fields List control is shown along the left-hand side of the Fields tab and shows the statistic & property columns that are currently set to be displayed within the corresponding report when it is next run.
+(add) Button
The "+" button allows you to specifically choose which columns are displayed in the corresponding report.
Reset All Button
The "Reset All" button allows you to reset the display columns for the corresponding report back to the default set of statistic & column properties supported by the current report style.
- (remove) Button
Clicking this button removes all display fields currently selected within the Fields List.
Remove All Button
The "Remove All" button allows you to clear all display columns for the corresponding report, which also completely clears the Fields List.
^ (move up) Button
Clicking this button moves up all display fields currently selected within the Fields List. The "Move Up" button is useful to adjust the column order of the corresponding report's display fields.
˅ (move down) Button
Clicking this button moves down all display fields currently selected within the Fields List. The "Move Down" button is useful to adjust the column order of the corresponding report's display fields.
Sort... Button
The "Sort..." button is only displayed for report types that support user-customisable report row sorting by a specific set of statistic field value(s).

Display Settings

This section is only displayed for Desktop Wallboard reports and is used to configure whether the statistic is displayed as simple text or as a dashboard instrument graphic, in addition to also allowing you to change some other display & colour settings. The section's controls are shown disabled until a single statistic item is selected within the Fields list.
Display As
Controls whether the currently selected statistic field is displayed as simple text or as a dashboard instrument graphic.
Max Scale
This setting is only ever shown when the corresponding statistic's "Display As" option is set to render it as a dashboard instrument graphic.
Tile Colour
This colour setting allows you to configure the corresponding statistic tile's background colour.
Text Colour
This colour setting allows you to configure the corresponding statistic tile's text colour.
Display Title Text Area
Controls whether title area is displayed at all within the corresponding statistic tile.
Apply Button
Sets the currently changed statistic display settings so that they would be subsequently saved & applied when the Add/Change Report window's OK button is clicked.
Revert Button
Discards the currently changed statistic display settings.

Statistic Alarm

This section is displayed for most real-time reports and allows individual alarms to be configured for duration & number statistics, as well as simple text display fields, although alarms aren't supported for date/time values.
When
This setting allows you to choose a threshold comparison type in order to enable an alarm against the currently selected statistic.
ValueUse the Value setting in order to set the actual threshold value that will cause the alarm to trigger.
AndThis setting is only shown when the alarm threshold comparison type is set to the "Between" option, and is used to set the range's ending threshold value that will cause the alarm to trigger.
Alarm TypeThis allows you to choose the type of alarm sound that is played.
