The call state alarm settings section is displayed for most reporting styles selected in the Reports tab, apart from the "Historic Call List", "Unreturned Lost Calls", and "ACD / DND Activity Log" report types. This controls if alarms are triggered for the corresponding report when inbound calls alert for too long
When an alarm is triggered for a particular report row, then the background highlighting colour of the corresponding row will automatically toggle about every second, until the call's state changes, the call moves to a different device, or the corresponding call ends completely.
The ACD state alarm settings are only displayed when the "ACD Agent List" style is selected in the Reports tab. They control if alarms are triggered for the corresponding report when agents remain in a particular ACD state for too long. When an alarm a triggered for an agent, then the background highlighting colour of the corresponding report row will automatically toggle about every second, until the ACD state of that agent subsequently changes.
Note that the ACD state threshold alarms don't fire for the totals row in reports as the row doesn't represent a specific ACD agent.
On Inbound Alerting:
This alarm is used to highlight report rows representing inbound waiting calls that have alerted longer than the currently configured ring threshold duration.
The alarm will fire for the totals row of reports using the "Trunk Interface List", "Calls By Tel No", "Calls By DDI", "Calls By Account Code" and all interval-based (e.g. "Calls By ½ Hour Interval") report styles, but the alarm doesn't fire for the totals row in any other report styles. Note that the alarm will also fire for Hunt Group List reports, but only when specifically configured to calculate inbound call statistics distributed by hunt group devices, which is when the "Include Calls For Group Device Members" setting is checked off within the Advanced tab of the Report Properties window.
The alarm actions settings section is displayed for all reporting styles which support alarms. These settings allow you configure additional actions that will occur whenever a new alarm is triggered within the corresponding report.
