Report Scheduling
Schedule This Report
Once
Specifies that the report will only be automatically run once at the specified date & time.
Hourly
The report will be run every 60 minutes at the designated minute of the hour, and only within the specifically configured hourly range and days of the week.
Daily

The report will be run every day at a designated time, and only for the days of the week that have been specifically selected.
Weekly
Specifies that the report is run every week, on a particular weekday and at the specified time.
Monthly
The report will be run every month on a particular day and at the specified time.

When reports are configured to be automatically scheduled at a time in the future, the following icon is shown against the corresponding report within the Reporting Portal's Report List area - 
Reset
The Reset button clears the scheduled report's last remembered execution date/time (as shown in the "Schedule Status" tab's "Last Run At" field), which actually forces the schedule to re-calculate when it should be next run at.
Delete
The Delete button completely deletes the corresponding report's attached scheduling information, which will disable automatically running the report until new scheduling information is re-specified against it.

Time Options

This area contains various settings that allow you to specify when the scheduled report will automatically run. These options will change based on what reporting interval you have selected.
Run Report On Date
This setting is only shown for the "Once" scheduling interval type and allows you to specify the date when the scheduled report should be run once at.
Run Report On Days
This setting is only shown for the "Hourly" and "Daily" scheduling interval type and allows you to individually select specific days of the week to run the scheduled report on.
Run Between Hours
This option is only displayed for "Hourly" schedules and allows you to select the specific hourly interval that the scheduled report will be run within.
Run At Minute (Hour)
Shown only for "Hourly" schedules and sets the approximate minute within the hour (in local time), which the scheduled report will be run at.
Run On Day (Week)
This setting is only shown for the "Weekly" scheduling interval type and allows you to designate the day of the week (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, etc.) that the scheduled report will run on.
Run On Day (Month)
This setting is only shown for the "Monthly" scheduling interval type and allows you designate the day of the month (e.g. 1, 2, ..., 31) that the scheduled report will run on.
Run At Time (Approx)
This setting is shown for all scheduling interval types. Enter in an approximate time of the day when the scheduled report should be actually run at.

Format
Target Report Format
PDF Document
Generates the report's content as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file that can be viewed within a PDF viewer such as Adobe® Reader®.
RTF Document
Sets the report's content to be generated as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file that can be viewed within an appropriate document viewer such as Microsoft® Word.
CSV Export
Generates the report's content as a CSV (Comma Separated) formatted file, which can contain up to 100,000 report rows.
Use Language
This setting is used to set the language that the report's content will be generated in.
Paper Size
Select the target paper size that the report's content will be generated for. Note that this particular setting isn't used and is automatically disabled when the selected report content format is configured for the "CSV Export" option.

Advanced
Automatically Calculate Duration When Scheduling Report
This setting controls what duration the scheduled report is run for by the application's scheduling engine. When checked off, the report is run for the specific duration options set within the Report tab. When set on, the application's scheduling engine automatically runs the corresponding report for a duration that is consistent with the report's configured scheduling interval.
Bundle All E-mail Attachments Inside A ZIP File
Specifies whether e-mail attachments containing the scheduled report's content are compressed within a single ZIP file.
 Run & Collate With Similar Periodic Report Schedules
This setting can be used in order to group & collate similar scheduled reports together that occur within the same 5-minute interval boundary (e.g. 09:00:01 - 09:05:00 AM, 19:55:01 - 20:00:00, etc.). The collated reports are then sent together within the same e-mail message, to the e-mail address associated with your user account.


Scheduling Status
Next Running At
Displays the scheduled report's next designated automatic execution date/time, calculated & displayed based on the time zone associated with the current user.
Last Run At
Displays the corresponding scheduled report's last actual execution date/time, displayed & formatted based on the time zone associated with the current user.
Status / Error
Shows the result of the scheduled report's last automatic execution attempt.
