Device Filtering | |
Include Calls For Group Device Members | This setting controls how the Device(s) setting within the Filter tab is used for calculating call statistics when it contains one or more hunt group device value(s). If this setting is checked on, then any call involving the specified group's member extensions and/or ACD agents are also included when displaying call records or calculating call statistics in the corresponding report. |
Calculate ACD Stats Only For Agents Signed Into The Specified Group(s) | This setting controls how the Device(s) setting within the Filter tab is used for calculating ACD statistics when it contains one or more hunt group device value(s). The following specifies how the ACD statistics are calculated for the two different setting options: Checked Off When the setting is checked off, then any calculated ACD statistics show the activity for all agents that are currently configured as members of any of the corresponding hunt groups, regardless of the actual group the agent really signs into. Checked On When the setting is checked on, then any calculated ACD statistics only include activity for agents while they are actually signed into one of the corresponding hunt groups. |
Statistic Calculations | |
Consider Calls Moved To Unresolved Devices As Overflowed | This advanced setting controls how abandoned & "overflowed off" call statistics are calculated, how the "Unreturned Lost Calls" reports detected abandoned calls, and also the use of the "Abandoned" & "Overflowed Off" answer type filter options located towards the bottom of the Filter tab. |
Content Restriction | |
Maximum Filter List Limit | This setting controls the maximum number of displayed items within any drop-down filter list shown in conjunction with the corresponding report such as the "Device Filter" control on the report's toolbar. |
Maximum Report Row Display Limit | This setting controls the maximum number of rows that will be displayed in the corresponding report's content output. Note that this setting is not shown for desktop wallboard reports, which output statistic tiles instead of individual rows of report content data. |
CSV Export Format | |
Output For Percent, Date/Time & Duration Fields | This advanced setting can be used to specifically configure how many values get generated in the CSV (Comma Separated) generated output for percentage, duration, & date/time fields. |
Audit | |
Enable Report Request Audit Output | Checking this setting turns on request logging output on the server-side for the corresponding report. The logging entries are written to a file named using the GUID of the corresponding report resource. The file is also located in the application's temporary work file area, within a sub-folder corresponding to the user actually running the report. Generally speaking, you should only turn on this setting if you are specifically advised to do so. |
