Resetting Akixi Supervisor Account Passwords

Your customer will be able to reset their Akixi supervisor password themselves by clicking on “Can’t Access Your Account” on the login page. Alternatively, with your admin account you are able to login and reset supervisor passwords. For step by step instructions please refer to the "Akixi Administration User Guide", which can be found on the Akixi Partner Portal - Please log in (registration is required) and look for "Akixi Administration User Guide"
