A common mistake made by resellers is resetting the password of the Akixi Admin account on the Horizon portal, thinking this account can be used to access the Akixi application.

The account on the Horizon portal is not an end user account. It's sole purpose is to allow the Akixi application to connect to the Horizon telephony platform and download call statistical data.

If this password is reset the Akixi application will lose it's connection to Horizon and will no longer be able to collect customer's call statistics. If you have forgotten the admin credentials that you login to the Akixi application with, please raise a new ticket in the Akixi customer support portal.
