There may be instances where your customers contact you with a query regarding a report they have run. To sign in remotely as the relevant supervisor, you need to log in to your administrator account that relates to this particular end-user.

From this, navigate to the "Application Users" tab and tick the necessary supervisor from the list, before scrolling down and clicking "Sign In As" at the bottom.

You are now able to see and make adjustments to this supervisors report and can be signed in alongside the particular end-user to allow provision of troubleshooting to the customer in real-time.
