Why am I not receiving the correct time frame of data on my scheduled report?

If you are not receiving the correct time frame of data on the reporting then it is best to disable the 'Automatically Calculate Duration When Scheduling Report' setting.


This setting can be found by accessing: Reporting > Select the required report > Modify the report > Go to the 'Scheduling' tab > Under 'Advanced', deselect 'Automatically Calculate Duration When Scheduling Report' > Click OK.


This setting controls what duration the scheduled report is run for by the application's scheduling engine. When checked off, the report is run for the specific duration options set within the Report tab. When set on, the application's scheduling engine automatically runs the corresponding report for a duration that is consistent with the report's configured scheduling interval.
