If you are looking to export call data from Akixi to a 3rd party application then this is possible.
From any report, using the toolbar at the top click the 'Export' button to export the data contained in CSV file format.
Additionally, you can generate a printable version of the report, this is best suited if you require the data in PDF, RTF or printable HTML format.
Furthermore, as of the deployment of Akixi 2.0, REST API functionality is now supported within the Akixi application. Once enabled against the reporting supervisor's account, users can utilise this functionality to automatically download Akixi report data directly into third-party applications. This is available with Akixi Lite, 1000, 2000 and 3000.
