Can I have multiple sessions active using the same account?

Concurrent browser sign-ins are not permitted on Akixi. If the account is already signed in, and consequently the same account is attempted to be signed in from another device this will end the first sign in session.


If you do require multiple users to be concurrently logged in, then you may need to look at purchasing an additional Application User account.


One exception to this is via the Akixi mobile application. If you have a reporting session open on a device, you will have the ability to concurrently access the reporting at the same time using the Akixi Wallboard mobile application.
