In order for Call Control operations to function, the user's 'Endpoint Location' must be defined within the Application User settings.
To modify the user's 'Endpoint Location': Sign in with your designated Administrator Account > Administration > Application Users > Click the 'Select' checkbox of the required user > Change > Modify user's Endpoint Location settings.
The user's 'Endpoint Location' must be added as an extension device in Akixi.
