What do the column headers in the reports mean?

If you hover your mouse pointer over a column header in a report you will see a tooltip that gives a brief description of that field. Alternatively you can press the F1 key on your keyboard while viewing a report to open up the related help page, this will contain full descriptions of all the available fields for that report.
