Why are my reports showing as "Unlicensed"?

Reports may be greyed out or return "Unlicensed" results for a variety of reasons.

You may be attempting to run a report above the level of Akixi service provisioned to your Telephony Server, which will not be permissible via the reporting platform and thus "Unlicenced" will be returned.

In addition to this, by default, administrator accounts are set up without reporting privileges assigned to them. This is because it is a billable item, and unless otherwise specified we will not assume the administrator requires these rights. As a result, while they will be able to enter the "Reports" tab, they will be unable to run any.
